Returns & Refunds 

We hope you love your new piece, but if it’s not a perfect match, don’t worry, we’ll take care of it.

Returns

You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 21 days of receiving your return.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

How to Return 

Contact us at info@tesseraejewellery.ie with your order number to arrange a return.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
